Please read these terms carefully before using akeyvo.

Welcome to akeyvo
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the akeyvo website (akeyvo.com) and application (app.akeyvo.com), operated by OCEA SA, Route de Lausanne 17, 1400 Yverdon-les-Bains, Switzerland. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use akeyvo. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 16, you may not use our services.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at privacy@ocea.ch if you suspect unauthorized access.
What akeyvo provides
akeyvo is a health data visualization platform. It allows you to sync data from your Apple Watch (via Health Auto Export) and view interactive charts and analytics for 150+ health metrics. We may introduce paid subscription plans in the future — any such changes will be communicated in advance.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our services. This includes, but is not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, using the service for any unlawful purpose, interfering with the operation of the service, or reverse-engineering any part of the platform.
Intellectual property
All content, design, code, and branding of akeyvo are the property of OCEA SA and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your health data remains yours — we claim no ownership over it.
Health data disclaimer
akeyvo is a visualization tool, not a medical device. The data and charts we display are for informational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions.
Limitation of liability
akeyvo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. OCEA SA shall not be held liable for any loss of data, data breaches, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may also suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via the email associated with your account. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Vaud, Switzerland.
